Because of the handmade and made-to-order nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products.

If your item arrives significantly damaged or defective, we will make it right.

To request a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement at no additional cost

 

Important Notes

  • Minor variations in color, shape, or texture are part of the natural beauty of handmade jewelry and are not considered defects

  • We do not offer refunds for:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect address entered by the customer

    • Normal wear and tear
